Nonstationary motion of a dynamically symmetric body with high lifting properties about center of mass under quadratic law of medium resistance is investigated. Using a linearized model of aerodynamic effect a damping influence of lift force is recognized and constraints on aerodynamic coefficients providing damping of angle oscillations are found.
