From the text: ``In this little note I discuss mainly problems on prime numbers. Some of these have occupied me for a long time, but I mention also some new questions. The quality of the problems considered will be uneven; some are mere exercises, some certainly serious problems.''
It should be added that this paper contains quite a few problems, many with comments, sketches of proofs, references, etc. The author is one of the best known problem posers in number theory, whose problems have inspired a great deal of research. Some of the problems carry money prizes. The reviewer highly recommends this article to anyone interested in the subject.
