P.Bueken, J.Gillard and L.Vanhecke -- Mean and scalar curvature homogeneous Riemannian manifolds

Abstract: We introduce the notions of scalar curvature and mean curvature homogeneity for Riemannian manifolds and treat the problem whether such manifolds are locally homogeneous or not. Several partial results are derived.
