Abstract: Let $R$ be a commutative ring with 1, and let $M$ be a faithful $R$-module. We say that $M$ is a quasi-Frobenius (in short QF) module if $\Hom_R(P,M)$ is either zero or a simple $R$-module for each simple $R$-module $P$. In this paper we give some charakterizations of QF modules and we study the relation between QF modules and multiplication modules.
